The collab experience is sought after by artists throughout the world. We are inspired by a handful of similar events taking place annually or bi-annually around the globe. Many of our participants have joined in other events and the stories and ideas they bring back to the PNW inspire us in new directions.

Every two years, 100 artists gather from around the world for an intense week of making collaborative art. Documentary makers Kay Kitagawa, Dina Gomez, and Andy Johnson-Laird of Johnson-Laird Inc. were on hand to capture the intense creativity of the 2010 Emma. A full length DVD of the event is available from the Saskatchewan Craft Council, saskcraftcouncil@sasktel.net.
